Cealie Evans // Simple Session

Miss Cealie Evans is one of the most gorgeous girls, inside and out, that I've ever met.  She has such a loving, kind heart and a fun attitude, especially when she's behind the camera.  Cealie is a freshman at American Christian Academy here in Tuscaloosa. We connected through social media and put a date on the calendar right away. We had a blast moseying around Northport, AL a couple weeks ago.  We started in a field right in front of the old railroad tracks where we proceeded to get attacked by red ants, but it was so worth it.  She then stunned me in this BCBG purple romper that she totally rocked at the end of her session.  I also want to thank her mom for coming along and being a huge help; it was so nice to meet the both of you! Thank you to Cealie and Dina for a fun filled day in Downtown Northport! ENJOY!

Emily + Luke's Gordo, Alabama Wedding

Emily & Luke's wedding day could not have gone more smoothly.  From a very calm bride to every single guest dancing at the end of the night, their wedding day was more than they could've asked for, said the couple.  This couple was absolutely infatuated with each other and their happiness filled the room.  Emily and Luke, thank you for letting me a part of your special day and giving me a chance to witness the love you have for one another.   My favorite part of the day was definitely the first look with Emily and her father, which you will see down below.  That moment when your father, the one that has raised you as his little girl, is about to let you go into another man's life.  It was so sweet and so heartwarming to see both of them have tears streaming down their faces.  Make sure to check out both cakes as well.  I am a sucker for Reese's Pieces, so Luke's groom cake was absolutely to die for!  A few pictures down you will also see the custom cuff links that Emily had made for Luke.  They are so sweet and thoughtful! I cannot begin to thank Jennifer McAteer enough for letting me be her second shooter.  She has been such an inspiration to my work, so make sure to look at her website.   Overall this wedding was nothing short of amazing and filled with many emotions.
How thoughtful are these custom cuff links...
Such an adorable sweet look with daddy...
And an even more emotional first look with her soon to be husband...

These girls were stunning in their teal blue dresses...
There was no messes made here (Ok, maybe a little)...
Some alone time as husband and wife in the gorgeous Alabama nature...
First dance as Mr. and Mrs. Junkin...
